Good Morning Rise & Shine & give God the Glory!

Good Morning world! This morning I woke up a little earlier than I had wanted to, but I decided to get up & rise & shine. In my head I said give God the Glory which then put that kids song in my head. Rise & shine & give God the Glory, Glory rise & shine.

I thought I would talk about Close To My Heart this morning & why I am involved with that company other than its the best. It started way back when I was in high school. When you are a senior you have to submit a baby pic for the newspaper both the school & the town for graduation. I had to submit a baby pic to the yr book & I cant remember what all I had to have a baby pic. I think there were 5-10. Well I had the hardest time finding pics of just me, there wasnt very many pics to begin with but they all had me & my sister. I didnt want her in all my baby pic submissions. Fast forward from 1996 to 2000. On January 20,2000 Stick was born. I didnt want him to have the same problem I did when he became a senior, so I said I was gonna start scrapbooking. I took lots of pics & have been doing what I call my yearbooks. I usually do one scrapbook for the entire yr & then if we go on vacation I do a vacation album.  I would go to a friday night crop every week. Stick would be in his portable baby swing under the table while I was croppping away. On January 23,2004 Dragon was born. The girls at my friday night crop were playing with me that I wouldnt leave the hospital until I had his 1st pics scrapbooked. That wasnt entirely true but it was pretty close.

Well just as my boys were growing so was my scrapbooking skills. My 1st few yr books werent that hot. I used regular tape & you could see the tape. I stuck it right on top of the pic. We went to the state fair & there was a Close to my heart Vendor there. I hosted a party. I was a single mom of 2 boys under 5 going through a divorce. I couldnt afford the get by myself but, my mom,& 2 friends who were at the party had the idea we would all pitch in & share the kit. We ended up not doing that. A yr later after not seeing Close To My Heart for that entire time it popped in my head. I thought about everyday from that point about a month later I signed up & became a consultant. That was Sep 2006. I received my 5 yr pin last summer.

Originally I signed up for the cool products but now I stay because of the friends Ive made. I love going to the corporate  conventions & events. I love the products. I love love love evrything about it.

my first blog entry

Hi Im Jennifer. Ive been wanting to start a blog for some time now but Ive gotten distracted with life & havent gotten around to it til now. So here I am a baby blogger entering her own little blog world for the 1st time. I have followed many blogs for probably as long as Ive wanted to make my own blog. In my 8-5 job I am a vendor for Premier Concepts. I travel to 9 different walmarts in my region which includes North Central TX & I guess it would be called South Oklahoma. I check on about 200 various products that walmart sells,making sure they are in stock,signed properly, & various other walmart & companies that I represent standards.

In my off time I have 2 direct sales businesses which include Close To My Heart scrapbooking, & paper crafting & dove chocolates. this pic is a tad out of date, its from dec 2011. it has the stick,the dragon & my mom's 2 dogs Lego & Lucky. Not pictured is my puppybaby Legend.
